Change Document Root of Addon Domains in cPanel
The document root for addon domain can be changed directly from the cPanel. First login to your cPanel, and under the Domains section click on Addon Domains.
Click the edit icon next to the current path. Or, you can change the path to any directory within your domain directories. Once you click the Change button, the server will change the Document root for the website. You can delete the previous record to create a new one too.
